Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-25

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnePersonAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase paid access.

2. Description of Service

OnePersonAI is a curated paid research database about one-person and tiny AI-era businesses. It provides source-labeled case studies, operating-model teardowns, comparison fields, source notes, and practical replication analysis. It is a structured research product, not a live consulting service, investment advisory service, legal advisory service, or AI assistant.

3. Membership and Payments

Early access is a one-time payment for the current launch database and corrections for this version. The current listed price is $49 USD, offered as an early-bird launch price. It may increase before purchase as the database expands. It is not a subscription and does not promise lifetime access to every future major batch. Future major batches may be sold separately.

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Paid access is attached to the purchasing email/account and is non-transferable unless we approve a support request in writing. We do not store full card numbers on OnePersonAI servers.

The checkout page shows the final payable amount before purchase. Depending on buyer location, payment method, tax configuration, and card issuer, taxes, foreign-exchange fees, or international transaction fees may apply. Live payments must not be opened until tax handling for the intended launch markets has been confirmed.

The only supported MVP sign-in method is Google OAuth through Supabase. Password login, email links, and other social providers are not offered. The verified Google email is used to match account access and purchase records.

4. Delivery and Access

Digital access is normally available immediately after successful Stripe Checkout and sign-in. If the webhook is delayed, the success page retries verification. If access still does not appear, email support with your Stripe receipt and purchasing email so we can correct the account.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

If the launch database is not useful for your work, email support within 7 days of purchase from the buying email address. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and remove paid access. Duplicate charges, failed access, wrong-amount charges, or unavailable paid content are corrected or refunded even if the ordinary 7-day usefulness window has passed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and card-network timing may vary.

Because the product is digital access, there is no physical return. Approved refunds remove paid access. We may refuse discretionary usefulness refunds for abuse, resale, scraping, account sharing, copied premium content, or repeated refund misuse, while still fixing genuine payment or access errors. The full refund terms are on the Refund Policy page.

6. International Consumer Rules

OnePersonAI is operated from Japan and can be accessed globally. Consumer rights are not determined by nationality alone; they may depend on where the buyer lives, whether we target or accept purchases from that market, the payment flow, and mandatory local law. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. This section is a practical operating summary, not legal advice.

Japan / 日本
For transactions subject to Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act, the legal operator name, address, and telephone number are disclosed without delay by email upon request before purchase. The final purchase flow must clearly show the service scope, price, payment method and timing, delivery timing, application deadline if any, and refund or cancellation terms. The disclosure depends on whether the transaction is subject to the Japanese rules, not on the buyer's nationality alone.
EU / EEA
For EU/EEA consumer transactions, distance-sale information rules and withdrawal rights for digital content may apply. If digital access starts immediately, checkout may need express consent and acknowledgement where the right of withdrawal is waived. We do not exclude mandatory rights for nonconforming digital content. If we cannot support a region-specific checkout requirement, we may decline the transaction or refund it before access is used.
United Kingdom
For UK consumer transactions, digital-content and distance-sale information rules may apply. Pre-contract information about the main characteristics, functionality, compatibility, price, and cancellation terms is treated as important. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory UK consumer remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content.
United States
For US buyers, OnePersonAI follows the posted price, refund policy, and product-scope statements shown before purchase. Advertising, pricing, refund, and material limitations must be clear and not misleading. State consumer laws may provide additional non-waivable rights.
Canada
For Canadian buyers, we must not market the product with materially false or misleading representations, including misleading prices, fake discounts, or hidden material terms. Provincial consumer protection rules may add rights that cannot be waived by this policy.
Australia
For Australian buyers, Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees may apply. We do not use 'no refund' language to remove mandatory remedies. If paid access has a major problem, is materially different from what was described, or cannot be provided, we will correct the issue or provide the legally required remedy. A simple change of mind is handled under our voluntary refund policy.
New Zealand
For New Zealand buyers, the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act may apply to online digital products, including some overseas sellers. We do not exclude mandatory remedies where the product is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Other regions
For other countries or regions, the posted OnePersonAI terms apply unless a mandatory local consumer law gives the buyer a stronger non-waivable right. If a local rule creates a requirement we cannot currently support, we may refuse, cancel, or refund the purchase rather than operate a non-compliant sale.

7. Corrections and Research Limits

We separate public source facts from OnePersonAI analysis, but business models, pricing, founder claims, revenue signals, and tool stacks can change. If you find an error, email the relevant source link. We may correct, annotate, or update a case without treating the correction as a new product batch.

8. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

OnePersonAI content is original research and analysis. You may read it for your own work, share links to public pages, and cite short excerpts with attribution. You may not resell, republish, scrape, bulk export, train a public dataset on, or distribute premium chapters without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

The information is for educational and research purposes only. We do not guarantee business results, income, fundraising, audience growth, or market success. Revenue and audience numbers may be public disclosures, third-party estimates, or low-confidence signals, and may have changed since publication.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product, payment processor, or legal requirements change. The terms visible before purchase govern that purchase unless a later update is more favorable to the buyer.

11. Contact

For questions about these terms, refunds, corrections, or account access, email support@ailearngo.com. Commerce disclosures are listed on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure.
