Refund Policy

OnePersonAI sells digital access to the current launch database. The launch offer is a one-time $49 USD purchase, not a subscription. Stripe Checkout may display and charge a supported local-currency equivalent using Adaptive Pricing; $49 USD remains the base price. The current price is an early-bird launch price and may increase before purchase as the database expands. Because access is delivered digitally and can be used immediately, this is a final-sale digital product except where mandatory law or a confirmed billing/access error requires a remedy.

Short versionDigital access is delivered immediately after payment and is not eligible for change-of-mind, usefulness, or return refunds after access starts. Mandatory consumer-law remedies, duplicate charges, wrong amounts, and access failures still apply.
Final-sale digital access
OnePersonAI is delivered as account-based digital access immediately after successful Stripe Checkout and sign-in. Once paid access starts, purchases are final and are not eligible for change-of-mind, lack-of-use, subjective usefulness, return, or exchange refunds.
Access failure
If paid access is not granted after a successful payment, email support. We will correct the account first. If we cannot provide the paid access you bought, we will refund the affected purchase where required.
Duplicate or wrong charge
Duplicate charges, wrong-amount charges, and accidental repeated purchases are corrected or refunded after we match them to Stripe records.
Mandatory legal rights
This policy does not remove non-waivable consumer rights that apply in a buyer's country or region, including remedies for digital content that is materially misdescribed, defective, unavailable, or not supplied as required by applicable law.
Approved remedy effect
When a refund is legally required or approved for a confirmed billing/access error, it is returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Paid access is removed after a full refund.
Processing time
We target a support response within 2 business days. Stripe and card-network refund settlement timing can vary after approval.
Abuse limits
We may refuse refund requests connected to scraping, resale, shared accounts, copied premium content, chargeback abuse, or repeated misuse. Genuine access failures, duplicate charges, wrong amounts, and mandatory legal remedies are still handled.

How to request a billing or access correction

Email support@ailearngo.com from the purchasing email address. Include your Stripe receipt email, checkout session reference if available, and a short note explaining whether this is an access failure, duplicate charge, wrong amount, unavailable paid content, or another legally required remedy.

What is included in the purchase

Paid access covers the current launch database, premium operating-model chapters, structured briefs, source notes, and corrections for this version. It does not guarantee every future major batch forever. Future major releases may be sold separately.

Regional consumer rights

This policy is our final-sale digital delivery policy for a digital research product. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights that may apply in a buyer's country or region, including rules for misdescribed, defective, or unavailable digital content. The regional operating summary is in the Terms of Service.

In regions with statutory cancellation rules for digital content, the live checkout flow is expected to ask for agreement to the Terms before payment and to make clear that access is delivered digitally immediately after purchase. Stripe Checkout requires agreement to the Terms before a paid session can complete. If a local rule cannot be supported in the current MVP, we may decline, cancel, or refund the transaction rather than operate a non-compliant sale.
