OnePersonAI sells digital access to the current launch database. The launch offer is a one-time $49 USD purchase, not a subscription. The current price is an early-bird launch price and may increase before purchase as the database expands. This refund policy is intentionally plain because the product should not trap the wrong buyer.
How to request a refund
Email support@ailearngo.com from the purchasing email address. Include your Stripe receipt email, checkout session reference if available, and a short note explaining whether this is a usefulness refund, access failure, duplicate charge, or billing error.
What is included in the purchase
Paid access covers the current launch database, premium operating-model chapters, structured briefs, source notes, and corrections for this version. It does not guarantee every future major batch forever. Future major releases may be sold separately.
Regional consumer rights
This policy is our voluntary refund policy for a digital research product. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights that may apply in a buyer's country or region, including rules for misdescribed, defective, or unavailable digital content. The regional operating summary is in the Terms of Service.
In regions with statutory cancellation rules for digital content, the live checkout flow is expected to ask for agreement to the Terms before payment and to make clear that access is delivered digitally after purchase. Stripe Checkout requires agreement to the Terms before a paid session can complete. If a local rule cannot be supported in the current MVP, we may decline, cancel, or refund the transaction rather than operate a non-compliant sale.
