AI LearnGo handles user information only as needed to provide practical AI PDF guides, free tools, checkout, account access, and protected downloads.
1. Information We Collect
- Name, email address, and profile image from Google sign-in.
- Purchased product, checkout time, amount, currency, Stripe Checkout session ID, and purchase status.
- Analytics events such as page views, product views, tool usage, checkout starts, and purchase success when analytics consent is granted.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies, and similar identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users, provide purchased PDFs, allow re-downloads, and support account access.
- To handle purchase records, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
- To understand search and user behavior through Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and Search Console when analytics consent is granted.
3. Payment Information
- Payment details such as card numbers are processed directly by Stripe. AI LearnGo does not store card numbers.
- Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, Stripe settings, account capability, and checkout flow.
4. Third-Party Services
- We use Google OAuth for sign-in, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics for analytics, and Redis/KV for account and purchase records.
- These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Cookies and Analytics
- We use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, region selection, checkout, and downloads.
- Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics load only when the user accepts analytics. If analytics is rejected, essential sign-in, checkout, and download functions remain available where technically possible.
- You can restrict cookies in your browser, but sign-in, checkout, and downloads may not work correctly.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Purchase records are retained as needed for proof of purchase, re-download access, support, and legal obligations.

- We use reasonable safeguards for authentication, checkout, and purchase data.
- No internet service can guarantee complete security for transmission or storage.
