1. Service

  • AI LearnGo provides digital AI learning content, PDF guides, free tools, templates, and learning pages.
  • Product details, price, format, page count, and delivery conditions are shown on each product page.

2. Account

  • Google sign-in is required for purchases, downloads, and dashboard access.
  • Users are responsible for managing their account and should contact us if they notice unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout.
  • Available payment methods may vary by country, currency, Stripe settings, account capability, and checkout flow.
  • Before checkout, users must agree to these terms and the privacy policy, and confirm that they request immediate access to the digital PDF after payment.
  • After successful purchase, access to the purchased PDF is granted to the signed-in account.

4. Digital Product Refunds

  • Because PDFs are digital products supplied with immediate access, cancellations and refunds for change of mind are generally not available after access is provided when the user has requested immediate delivery.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies that may apply to defective files, incorrect delivery, unavailable access, or content that materially differs from the product description.
  • If there is a problem, contact support@ailearngo.com with the purchase email, product name, and issue details.

5. Permitted Use

  • Purchased PDFs may be used by the buyer for personal learning and work reference.
  • Redistribution, resale, public upload, shared download links, unauthorized copying, and use as training datasets are prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Unauthorized access, payment abuse, bypassing download restrictions, or interfering with site operation.
  • Infringing third-party rights or violating applicable laws or public order.
